xbej Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "xbej", "we", "us", "our" refers to the xbej platform, its operators, owners and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" refers to the xbej website at xbej.io, all associated pages, services, applications and content made available by xbej.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a User upon successful completion of the xbej registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held within a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets or non-cash incentives credited to an Account by xbej.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games and any other gaming categories made available by xbej from time to time.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) refers to the time zone UTC+6, which governs all time references on the Platform.

By accessing the xbej Platform in any manner — including browsing without registration, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the xbej Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting xbej support.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users regardless of geographic location. However, it is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the xbej Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. xbej makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in all locations.

xbej reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the xbej Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbej does not permit access to or use of its Services by anyone under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an Account suspended or terminated by xbej for any reason.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

During registration, xbej requires Users to provide their full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number and preferred payment method details. xbej reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any time — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — in order to verify the information provided.

xbej employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may suspend or close any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion that the User does not meet the minimum age requirement. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source and no winnings will be paid.

Registration of an Account constitutes the User's representation and warranty that all eligibility criteria set out in this section are satisfied.

Each User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify xbej immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. xbej will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

xbej strongly recommends that Users enable two-step SMS verification for new device logins, use a unique password not used on any other platform, and log out of their Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. xbej will treat all actions performed through your Account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with this section.

All Account balances on xbej are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal transaction. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other supported Bangladeshi financial institutions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. xbej does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which xbej accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, or to a verified method registered under the same identity. xbej reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and will be processed within the timeframe displayed at the point of request; same-day processing is targeted for bKash and Nagad withdrawals subject to verification status.

xbej does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

In the event of a suspected error in a transaction — whether in the User's favour or otherwise — xbej reserves the right to withhold payment until the matter has been investigated and resolved. Funds credited to an Account as a result of a technical error or system malfunction do not constitute a valid balance and may be reclaimed by xbej at any time.

xbej offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in and include, at minimum: the wagering requirement, the eligible games or markets, the minimum qualifying deposit (if applicable), the maximum bet permitted while wagering a bonus, and the expiry date of the bonus funds.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on xbej unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per Account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held in separate balances. Real money funds are used first; Bonus Funds are applied once the real money balance reaches zero.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• The maximum withdrawal from winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds may be capped; any applicable cap will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a Wagering Requirement has been met, xbej reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

xbej reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have opted in under the original terms.

All bets placed and games played on the xbej Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category. Product-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on xbej:

• Once a bet has been confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised by the User before the relevant event concludes.
• xbej reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, technical fault or data feed failure. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the records held by xbej's systems shall be considered the authoritative record, subject to review in cases of documented technical failure.
• xbej uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all applicable casino and slot games. Live casino games are sourced from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live and are subject to those providers' own game integrity standards.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be adjusted by xbej at any time without notice.
• xbej reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, game session or daily/weekly cumulative basis. Any applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant product area.

For cricket betting specifically, xbej offers markets across BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and Bangladesh national team fixtures. In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbej Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account Balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account, in order to obtain multiple bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds with no genuine intent to bet and subsequently withdrawing them.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with game interfaces.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not be obtainable under normal operating conditions.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game through any means, including but not limited to match-fixing, insider information abuse, or coordination with athletes or officials.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Making threatening, abusive, harassing or offensive communications to xbej staff or other Platform users.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on the Platform.

xbej employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. All Account activity is subject to automated and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, xbej will act swiftly and reserves the right to share relevant information with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the xbej Platform — including but not limited to the xbej brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game content supplied by third-party providers, software, data compilations, and any other material — is the property of xbej or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or display any portion of the Platform content without express written permission from xbej.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the xbej brand name, logo or any Platform content in any commercial context or in connection with any third-party website or service.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.

Any use of xbej intellectual property beyond the scope of the licence granted in these Terms & Conditions requires the prior written consent of xbej. Requests may be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbej, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, xbej specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in odds, game results or promotional information, subject to xbej's obligation to correct manifest errors in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, advice or content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals resulting from the policies or technical constraints of third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

You acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carry an inherent financial risk. You participate in all games and betting markets on the Platform entirely at your own risk. xbej does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game or bet.

xbej reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where xbej has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• The User is or may be under the age of 21.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.
• xbej is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an Account, xbej will return any verified real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding liabilities owed by the User to xbej. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon termination for breach. Withdrawal of the remaining Balance will be processed to the User's most recently verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting xbej support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the User.

xbej is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Users to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Users via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the xbej Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with xbej support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to xbej's operating entity.

xbej will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute raised by a User in good faith through its internal complaints process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. Users wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact xbej support at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. xbej will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this section shall restrict a User's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.

xbej reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbej will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains the User's responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account by contacting support.

Amendments will not affect bets already placed and accepted by xbej prior to the effective date of the relevant amendment, except where required by law or to correct a manifest error.
